The formation of the Company was primarily to provide employment for the local youth who otherwise remain unemployed and get into unwanted activities. Due to lack of full-fledged education, many people do not get good jobs and our motto was to fill this gap by providing employment to this segment which can also serve a social cause.

Shabnam Shaikh D/o Abdul Hamid shaikh is the Founder & Director Of Helpcare Foundation ( Rehabiliation Centre For Drug & Alcohol Relief ) She is a B.Com by qualification, masters in marketing MBA . She is a well established social reformer with an experience of 10 years in the Human Rights, Women Rights & Ngo. Prior to her position at HelpCare Foundation, Shabnam Shaikh worked as a Counsellor For Various NGOs Like Shabnam Shaikh brings a wealth of knowledge to her position, having over 10 years experience working with a wide variety of diverse clients along the continuum of care.

Shabnam is an Indian Social activist who led many movements to promote human rights, women rights and rehabilitation In house. As a social worker she is playing many roles for instance she has provided support to the addictor family and also helped them to find out stable housing and ensure that they are getting proper medical attention for their addiction.

Help care foundation is government approved NGO for medical counselling & rehabilitation the Rehab centre works on idealogy of Care and concern ( cc) some says that simply caring is not the most important thing but rather that doing is the most important significance. In the organisation they provide attractive assistance and treatment to those who need caring is an essence.
